• Cost: $30.00 per person

Golf

• Where: Salt Fork on-site Golf Course
• When: Tuesday, October 8, 11:00 a.m.
• Cost: $18.00 (9 holes, with a cart)

Pizza Buffet

• Where: Salt Fork Lodge
• When: Tuesday, October 8, 6:30 p.m.
• Cost: $10.00 per person
